Roasted Mustard Honey Chicken

Ingredients
- Tandoori chicken pieces-3
- Mustard Sauce- 3 tablespoons
- Honey- 1 tablespoons
- Ginger-garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
- Paprika powder- 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice- 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper- !/3 teaspoon
- Salt- to taste
- Dry Oregano- 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Method
1.Take clean washed and pat dry chicken pieces. Slit the chicken on legs and thighs.
2.In a bowl add all the ingredients (Mustard sauce, honey, salt, pepper, paprika, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste and oregano). Whisk all the ingredients .
3.Add chicken pieces to the mustard mixture and toss it well. Cover it and let it marinate for 1 hour.
4.Now roast the chicken in the preheated oven at 250ºc for 40 minutes. 20-20 minutes from both the sides.
5.Your mustard honey chicken is ready to serve. Serve hot with salad and rice.
