Peach Yogurt Cupcakes

Makes:- 6 cupcakes                                         Level of cooking:- Very easy

 

 

It is very easy to make these beauties in just 30 minutes. You don’t need any fancy equipments and separate bowls for mixing. Just mix all the ingredients in one bowl and your cake batter is ready.

Ingredients

1. Cake flour- 1 cup
2. Eggs- 2
3. Yogurt- 2 tablespoons
4. Sugar- 3 tablespoons
5. Oil- 2 tablespoons
6. Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
7. Salt- 1/3 teaspoon
8. Peach- 1 tablespoon cut into small pieces
9. Lemon zest- 1 pinch

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method

Take a bowl and add eggs to it. Then add yogurt, sugar and oil to it and mix it with a spoon or a wire whisk.

Add lemon zest to it and mix again.

Next add flour, baking powder and salt to the batter and mix until it gets well combined.

Finally add the peaches and lightly mix it.

Now pour the batter into lined cupcake moulds and bake it for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 170ºC.

When it gets baked properly, take out from the oven and your peach yogurt cake is ready to serve within half an hour.
