Nutella Cheese Cake (No Bake)

No bake nutella cheese cake is perfect dessert for weekends or get-togethers. This cheese cake is very rich and smooth in texture and very delicious too.
Preparation time:- 20 minutes Total Time:- 30 minutes+chilling time
Serves:- 8 Level of cooking:- Easy
Ingredients
Crust
Graham Cookies/Multigrain biscuits- 8-10
Melted Butter- 2 tablespoons
Filling
Cheese cream- 100 gms
Powdered Sugar- 4 tablespoons
Heavy whipping cream- 200 gms
Nutella- 2 heaped tablespoons
Vanilla essence- 2-3 drops
Hot water- 2-3 tablespoons
Gelatin(Flavourless)- 1 teaspoon
Ganache
Heavy cream- 2 tablespoon
Dark chocolates- 5-6 pieces
Nutella- 1 teaspoon
Method
Step 1- Crust
Crush the biscuits in a plastic bag with a rolling pin until you have crumbly texture.
Take biscuits crumbs in a bowl and add melted butter to it. Mix it well with your hands.
Put the mixture into a greased 8 inch spring form pan. Press crumbs evenly onto the pan and flatten using base of the glass. Refrigerate it while making the filling.
Step 2- Filling
In a bowl add cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla essence and whisk it well.
In a small bowl pour the hot water and add gelatin powder and mix until it fully dissolved.
In a deep bowl add ice cubes with some water and put another chilled mixing bowl over it and pour heavy cream and whip up for 1 minute. Add sugar and continue whipping for 4 minutes until you get stiff peaks.
Add cream cheese mixture and gelatin mixture to the whipped cream and again mix everything well and whip it for 1 minute.
Pour half the mixture onto the chilled crust and spread evenly. Smooth it with the spoon.
In the remaining filling mix nutella and mix it well. Spread the nutella filling over the 1st layer and smooth it out with the help of spatula or spoon. Put it back in refrigerator for an hour.
Step 3- Ganache
In a bowl add hot cream , chocolate and nutella and leave it as it is for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes , whisk everything well into a nice smooth ganache.
Take out the cheese cake from refrigerat
or and pour this ganache on top and smooth it out with spoon. Garnish it with chopped nuts.
Cover it with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and again refrigerate it for at least 4 hours or preferably over night before serving.
Take out the cheese cake from the refrigerator and put in a plate and slice up in your desired shape and serve straight from the fridge. Enjoy!
