Chestnut chtney

Ingredients

  1. Fresh coriander leaves- 1 cup
  2. green chillies-2
  3. Roasted chestnuts-10-12 pieces
  4. ginger- 1 inch roughly chopped
  5. Garlic- 5-6 cloves
  6. Salt- to taste
  7. Chat masala- 1/2 tsp
  8.   Dry mango powder- 1 tsp
  9.   Water- 1-2 tsp or as required for the consistency

Method

  1. Wash the coriander leaves and roughly chopped it.
  2. Remove the shell of chestnuts and cut them into small pieces
  3. In a grinder jar add all the ingredients and grind them into a fine paste
  4. Your chutney is ready and store it into a air tight box in fridge
