Carrots & Apple Smoothie

Serves:- 3 Level:-Easy
Ingredients
- Thick Yogurt- 1 cup
- Carrots- 2 chopped
- Apple- 2 chopped
- Honey- 1 tablespoon
Method
In a saucepan boil water and add chopped carrots and let it boil for 3-4 minutes until its soft.
Strain the carrots and let it cool for sometime.
Now put the boiled carrots into a blending jar and grind it.
Now add chopped apples , yogurt and honey to the carrot jar.
Blend them together until you get a nice creamy smoothie.
Pour them into a serving glass and enjoy healthy smoothie.
