  1. Ripe Bananas- 2
  2. Oats- 1/2 cup
  3. Low fat plain yogurt- 1/2 cup
  4. Skimmed milk- 1 cup
  5. Walnuts- 1 tablespoon
  6. Raisins- 1 teaspoon

Combine all the ingredients into a blending jar and blend until its smooth.
