This Banana and oats smoothie is very healthy option for your breakfast and its made with low fat dairy products without added any sweetness. Ripe bananas give it a perfect sweetness.
Ingredients
- Ripe Bananas- 2
- Oats- 1/2 cup
- Low fat plain yogurt- 1/2 cup
- Skimmed milk- 1 cup
- Walnuts- 1 tablespoon
- Raisins- 1 teaspoon
Method
Combine all the ingredients into a blending jar and blend until its smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a serving glass
And your healthy smoothie is ready within a minute. Enjoy whenever you feel hungry. Its very filling and healthy too.
