A healthy and filling breakfast to start your day. This smoothie is very healthy as well as tasty and keeps you going all the day.
Ingredients
Oats- 1/3 cup
Apple- half
Banana- 1
Strawberry- 5-6
Yogurt- half cup
Milk- 1 cup
Honey-1 tablespoon
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a blender jar.
Blend until all the ingredients are combined well and make a creamy texture.
Pour in to serving glass and Enjoy healthy smoothie in your breakfast.
