Banana, Apple & Orange Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. Apple- half cut into small pieces
  2. Banana- 1 cut into pieces
  3. Fresh orange juice- half glass
  4. Milk- Half glass
  5. Plain or flavoured Yogurt- 1/4 cup (60 ml) I am using strawberry flavored
  6. Honey- 1 tablespoon
  7. Cinnamon powder- 1/3 teaspoon
  8. Ice cubes

Method

In a blender jar put all the ingredients except milk and blend it for two minutes till it attains a nice creamy texture.

Now, add milk and again blend it for a minute until well combined. Do not over mix the smoothie else the milk may curdle .

Now pour the smoothie in serving glasses.

Serve immediately and enjoy yummy smoothie. Garnish with your favorite fruits.
