Banana, Apple & Orange Smoothie

Preparation time:- 3 minutes Total Time:- 5 minutes
Serves:- 3 Level:- Very Easy
Ingredients
- Apple- half cut into small pieces
- Banana- 1 cut into pieces
- Fresh orange juice- half glass
- Milk- Half glass
- Plain or flavoured Yogurt- 1/4 cup (60 ml) I am using strawberry flavored
- Honey- 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder- 1/3 teaspoon
- Ice cubes
Method
In a blender jar put all the ingredients except milk and blend it for two minutes till it attains a nice creamy texture.
Now, add milk and again blend it for a minute until well combined. Do not over mix the smoothie else the milk may curdle .
Now pour the smoothie in serving glasses.
Serve immediately and enjoy yummy smoothie. Garnish with your favorite fruits.
