Homemade Easy Eggless Strawberry Ice cream

Beat the heat with this yummy homemade strawberry Ice cream. This Ice cream is super easy to make and yummy in taste. I am sharing my tried and tested eggless recipe which you can make at home without an Ice cream maker .
Ingredients
- Cream- 200 ml
- Fresh strawberries- 1 cup
- Sugar- 1/3 cup sugar
- Salt- 1/4 teaspoon
- Vanilla essence- 1 teaspoon
- Red food color (Optional)- few drops as required
Method
1.Grind strawberries with salt and half the sugar into a smooth paste. Keep it aside
2.In a cold vessel add cream and whip it for a minute. Add remaining sugar and vanilla essence and whip it for another 5 minutes until soft peaks are formed.
3.Add the strawberry puree and red food color to the whipped cream and mix it well.
4.Pour the mixture into a air tight container and cover it with plastic cling wrap and make sure it touches the top to prevent forming of ice crystals on the top of the ice cream.
5.Cover the container and put in freezer for over night or atleast 6-8 hours.
6.Take out from the freezer and keep it outside for 5 minutes and Scoop it out and enjoy !
