Ingredients
- Fresh coriander leaves- 1 cup
- green chillies-2
- Roasted chestnuts-10-12 pieces
- ginger- 1 inch roughly chopped
- Garlic- 5-6 cloves
- Salt- to taste
- Chat masala- 1/2 tsp
- Dry mango powder- 1 tsp
- Water- 1-2 tsp or as required for the consistency
Method
- Wash the coriander leaves and roughly chopped it.
- Remove the shell of chestnuts and cut them into small pieces
- In a grinder jar add all the ingredients and grind them into a fine paste
- Your chutney is ready and store it into a air tight box in fridge
