Coriander, Egg and Cheese paratha

Ingredients

For dough

  1. Wheat flour- 2 cups
  2. Dry flour- 1/2 cup for dusting
  3. Salt-1 teaspoon
  4. Carrom seeds-1/2 teaspoon
  5. Nigella seeds- 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Oil-1 Tablespoon
  7. Coriander leaves-1 tablespoon chopped
  8. Water-1 cup or as needed

For Filling

  1. Hard Boiled eggs-2 Grated
  2. Mozrella cheese-1/2 cup grated
  3. Ginger-garlic- 1 teaspoon finely chopped
  4. Onions-1 finely chopped
  5. Green chilli-1 finely chopped
  6. Coriander leaves- 1 tablespoon
  7. Salt- to taste
  8. Chat masala-1 teaspoon
  9. Black pepper-1/2 teaspoon
  10. Tomato ketchup-1 teaspoon
  11. Oil for frying-4 tablespoon

Method

1.In a deep bowl add the flour, salt, oil and carom and Nigella seeds and knead it with water to make a soft dough. Covered the dough and keep it resting for 5-10 mins.

2.Mix all the ingredients of filling in a bowl. and keep it ready for stuffing.

3.Now divide the dough and filling into equal sizes.

4.Now take one round dough and coat it well with flour and roll it into a 4 inch diameter and put the one portion of stuffing in the center and wrap the stuffing from all the four sides and make a stuffed square. Now press it gently and again coat it with dry flour and Press it lightly and roll it into a square paratha.

5.Place a tawa or griddle on stove and heat it. Put the paratha and cook it on medium flame from both the sides by applying little oil . Cook it until brown spots appear.

6.Serve hot with ketchup or your favorite dip
