Coriander, Egg and Cheese paratha

Ingredients
For dough
- Wheat flour- 2 cups
- Dry flour- 1/2 cup for dusting
- Salt-1 teaspoon
- Carrom seeds-1/2 teaspoon
- Nigella seeds- 1/4 teaspoon
- Oil-1 Tablespoon
- Coriander leaves-1 tablespoon chopped
- Water-1 cup or as needed
For Filling
- Hard Boiled eggs-2 Grated
- Mozrella cheese-1/2 cup grated
- Ginger-garlic- 1 teaspoon finely chopped
- Onions-1 finely chopped
- Green chilli-1 finely chopped
- Coriander leaves- 1 tablespoon
- Salt- to taste
- Chat masala-1 teaspoon
- Black pepper-1/2 teaspoon
- Tomato ketchup-1 teaspoon
- Oil for frying-4 tablespoon
Method
1.In a deep bowl add the flour, salt, oil and carom and Nigella seeds and knead it with water to make a soft dough. Covered the dough and keep it resting for 5-10 mins.
2.Mix all the ingredients of filling in a bowl. and keep it ready for stuffing.
3.Now divide the dough and filling into equal sizes.
4.Now take one round dough and coat it well with flour and roll it into a 4 inch diameter and put the one portion of stuffing in the center and wrap the stuffing from all the four sides and make a stuffed square. Now press it gently and again coat it with dry flour and Press it lightly and roll it into a square paratha.
5.Place a tawa or griddle on stove and heat it. Put the paratha and cook it on medium flame from both the sides by applying little oil . Cook it until brown spots appear.
6.Serve hot with ketchup or your favorite dip
